(in Polish) Podstawy etyki seksualnej WSR-NR-S-PES
In general, the curriculum content taken in this course will revolve around the following issues:
1. Introduction. Types of knowledge about human sexuality: sexual orientation and gender identity.
2. Moral good and human happiness.
3. Catholic ethics and social sexology.
4. Moral good as a goal of human action and his actions in the sexual sphere.
5. Responsibility in the field of human sexuality (gender ideology).
6. The theory of the fundamental option and sexuality.
7. Personalism and human sexuality (K. Wojtyla).
8. Objective and subjective meaning of sex (transsexualism).
9. Sexual determination; conception of a child with a specific sex (ethical conditions).
10. Subjectiveization of human relations (hedonisation of love and sexuality).
11. Homosexuality as a choice and as determinism of nature.
12. The essence of human sexuality and sex offenses.
13. The supernatural meaning of human corporeality (sanctity of the human body).
14. Sexuality and procreation (adoption of children). Sexuality of mentally disabled people.
15. Summary: biology error in sexual ethics.

Knowledge:
The student knows the basic terminology in the field of sex ethics, used in family sciences, understands its source. He knows the concepts of man regarding his sexuality: philosophical, theological and social; constituting the theoretical basis of activities for marriage and family. Moreover, he has knowledge about the types of family and social ties and the regularities that govern them, with particular emphasis on the threats to reproductive health and the protection of life.
Skills:
The student uses the theoretical knowledge learned in order to recognize the problems of female and family, educational and caring issues, as well as motives and patterns of human behavior. He observes and interprets social phenomena; presents the analysis of linking these phenomena with various areas of activity in the field of family sciences.
Competences: The student is aware of the level of his knowledge and the need for continuous training. Understands the social reality about the need to conduct ethically and professionally in the field of gender ethics, built on adequate anthropology. He is looking for optimal solutions, being aware of the existence of an ethical dimension in scientific research.

Assessment criteria
Forms of assessment:
a) Continuous evaluation - feedback.
b) Reading essays (published on e-learning)
c) Oral test (at the end of the semester).
d) didactic discussion.
Criteria for grading grades:
Rating 2; The student did not attend lectures; did not demonstrate an adequate (defined in the learning outcomes) knowledge on gender ethics at the oral colloquium, did not demonstrate skills and competences in the required scope (no essays).
Score 3; The student showed basic knowledge in the field of sex ethics (oral colloquium), participated in lectures on subjects; he became involved in writing essays on e-la-ering.
Score 4; The student showed at the oral colloquium a good level of knowledge in the field of sex ethics; actively participated in lectures; he was involved in e-laerning (he has at least two correctly constructed essays).
Rating 5; The student showed at a very good level (described by learning outcomes) knowledge (oral test), actively participated in classes; demonstrated his social competence by engaging in e-learning (he wrote essays that were correct in terms of content and form); emphasized in them an adequate ethical sensitivity to the issues being addressed.
Percentage criterion of the final grade:
Up to 40% - oral colloquium.
Up to 30% - essential and formally correct essays.
Up to 30% - attendance and participation in classes.
Minimum assessment - 65%.
