Seminar in Bioethics WSR-NR-D-SBIO1
The student has the possibility of getting to know and realizing the successive stages of seminar classes, practical knowledge of the methodology of the diploma thesis in bioethics (theological ethics). In addition, the exercises and analysis of scientific tests, the search for the most adequate ethical and doctrinal approaches, under the guidance of the promoter, give grounds that the student will write a master's thesis, defend it, and thus obtain a master's degree.
Ultimately, all this should contribute to the fact that the student will acquire the qualifications and social competences adequate to the field of study, necessary to work for the benefit of society (in the dimension of caring for marriage and family).
Work stages:
1. Determining research issues;
2. Determining the methodological issues;
3. The issue of choosing a topic in the wider context of family sciences.
4. The matter of obtaining grants for the development of their scientific interests.
5. The issue of reaching the literature and its collection; query.
6. Literature: sources and auxiliary materials;
7. Bibliography and its types;
8. Bibliography from the Internet;
9. Work documentation; footnotes, ownership.
10. Analysis of the collected literature;
11. Practical preparation of extracts (note technique);
12; Preparing flashcards, citing;
13. Composing the subject of the thesis M.Sc.
14. Approval of the topic of work;
15. Editing and proofreading: chapters, points and sub-points.

Assessment criteria
The basic method of evaluating a student's work is reading (and correcting) the subsequent stages of his MA thesis (or essays).
The substantive criterion of the assessment is whether the student retained elements of science in the field.
It is important to dialogue with the student, to know in the discussion of his scientific arguments and knowledge. This is the instruction and so called. continuous assessment.
Ultimately, the student should provide the professor with an assessment of the results of his / her research work in writing, as agreed with him / her.
Adequately to progress, at the end of the semester the student receives a pass or fail.
