Teaching methods:
The lecture is conducted as a problem-based and discussion-oriented course, placing students in the context of real economic dilemmas in order to actively search for theoretical solutions. The teaching process is enriched with case study analysis.

The student explains the components of the banking and insurance system; the student explains the need for and scope of the so-called financial safety net; the student justifies the need to use the banking and insurance system.

The condition for passing the course and obtaining the final grade is a positive result in the exam.
Written exam:
Duration: 50 minutes

Descriptive (open-ended) answers
Each question is graded on a scale from 0 to 1 point, with increments of 0.25. The final grade is based on the total number of points obtained.
Active participation in lectures (attendance and engagement) may result in an increase of the final grade by 0.5.
