Student practice WP-SM-PRAKT-sm

Course contents:

I. The program of the trainee consists of two spheres of the institutional activity, in which the
Student is making the practice:
1. the sphere of technical organization,
2. the theoretical sphere.
II. For what concerns the sphere of technical organization, the Student shall:
1. become aware of the organization and structures of the institution in which is making the
trainee and shall become aware of the norms regulating its functioning,
2. get knowledge on the scope of activities of certain organizational entities and
management of entity where the trainee is to be done,
3. become aware about the rules concerning the flow of records and data,
4. take part in the activities of the entity concerning its technical and organizational
activities,
5. work on the other organizational and technical tasks given to Her/Him, before considered
by the authorized person supervising the trainee to be important for the specific functioning
of the entity where the trainee is going to be done and for the One's studies.
III. For what concerns the theoretical sphere the Student shall:
1. become aware of the subject of activities of the institution in which the trainee is going to
be done,
2. get knowledge on certain tasks concerning the subject of activity of the institution,
3. become aware of the practical use of the norms being the base for activities of the
institution,
4. take part in preparing projects of documents and final decisions of the proceedings before
the institution in which the trainee is going to be done,
5. get knowledge on the specificity of the activities taken by the parties of the proceedings
and by the organ before which the proceeding is taking place,
6. take part in the activities and tasks of the institution where the trainee is going to be done,
7. fulfill other tasks considered by the authorized person supervising the trainee to be
important for the institution's activity where the trainee is going to be done and for the One's
studies

Assessment methods:

Final mark conclusion:
- conversation with the Student,
- analysis of the daily practice notebook,
- analysis of the opinion on the trainee.
