11. Trademarks, subject of protection and entities authorized to
reporting
12. The concept of an invention and a patent, entities entitled to apply
invention for protection; European patent
13. Basic information on registration and protection of inventions

EK1 student describes and explains social relations in regards to the so-called intellectual property in relation to scientific / economic / legal / social / humanities fields
EK2 student describes and explains legal norms in the field of copyright, their source, nature, changes and methods of operation
EK3 student describes and explains legal norms in the field of industrial property law, their source, nature, changes and methods of operation
EK4 student distinguishes and presents basic concepts and principles in the field of industrial property protection, cultural heritage protection and copyright, to the extent appropriate for international relations
EK5 student explains and describes the general principles of doing business nationally and internationally in markets related to trading in the so-called intellectual property, to the extent appropriate to the direction of international relations
