Principles of cooperation with the statutory authority of the process of carrying out particular types of expertise: Fingerprinting, forensic document examination, expertise mechanoskopijna; traseologia; study of firearms and ammunition; study of biological evidence, forensic physico-chemical; rules to identify human scent; fonoskopia.

PR_W02 - Student knows and understands the rules of admission of expert evidence in the Polish criminal trial.
PR_W03 - The student has knowledge of the shaping of the institution of an expert in the Polish legal system.
PR_W04 - The student knows the principles of cooperation process with the statutory authority relating to the performance of different types of expertise.
PR_W06 - The student knows the rights and duties of the process and the expert associated with performing expertise.
PR_W07 - The student knows the methods of formulating the decision on the admission of evidence.
PR_U07 - The student is able to interpret and apply the rules of law relating to co-operation with the statutory authority of the process associated with performing expertise.
PR_U08 - The student is able to draw up a decision to admit evidence from an opinion in certain types of expert opinions.
PR_U09 - The student is able to design an oral presentation on issues related to the conduct of individual types of expertise.
PR_K01 - The graduate supplements the knowledge in the field of cooperation between the trial authority and the expert.
PR_K02 - The graduate correctly identifies the dilemmas related to the performance of the expert function.
PR_K03 - A graduate is able to cooperate in a team, e.g. issuing a comprehensive opinion.
