Learning outcomes

EK 1: The student has the knowledge about defining notions in commercial law
EK 2: The student is able to quote and to classify the source of commercial law
EK 3: The student knows to the relation to different branches of law, is able to present the dynamics of development of commercial law in connection with civilization changes and the development of business relations
EK 4: The student is able to interpret commercial law and to indicate the opinions in the jurisdiction and the legal doctrine concerning institutions of commercial law
EK 5: The student knows scientific methods used in commercial law and is able to on their basis to formulate scientific theses and to make the theoretical analysis of institution of commercial law
