The concept of ideas, ideologies, doctrines, political agenda. Relations between the idea, theory and legal institution of the political system. The role of models in shaping institutions. Rationalisation ideological institutions, the political system, administrative and economic. Rationalization of organizational and functional institutions and political system, administrative and economic rationalization methods. Basic ideas about the origin, purpose and form of government of the ancient, medieval, modern and contemporary times. State, society, the - the relationship between ideologies in the context of personal and social interests. Communitarianism and libertarianism. Or subsidiarity omnipotence of the state. Democracy. Forms of democratic regimes and totalitarian.
