2. The process of erosion of sovereignty and the case law of international courts.

6. The impact of integration processes on state sovereignty: the principle of the primacy of EU law.
7. National identity and constitutional identity.
8. European identity and its evolution. Article 2 TEU as an axiological value and as a legal standard.
9. The CJEU and its case law.
