Axiology of Polish Administrative Law WP-PR-MON-APAL
The course will address the methodology of research into values in Polish administrative law operating within a multicentric legal system, as well as the analysis of individual normative acts in the context of the legal values they embody.

Course learning outcomes: the student knows and understands:
PR_W02 – the sources of the axiology of administrative law
PR_W03, PR_W07, PR_W04 – the influence of values on the shaping of the content of norms of administrative law
PR_W04, PR_W06 – the specific nature of the axiology of administrative law as a factor distinguishing administrative law from other branches of law
Assessment criteria
Grading criteria:
Grade 2 (fail):
The student does not know or understand the sources of the axiology of administrative law, the influence of values on the shaping of the content of norms of administrative law, or the specific nature of the axiology of administrative law as a factor distinguishing administrative law from other branches of law.
Grade 3 (satisfactory):
The student demonstrates a sufficient knowledge and understanding of the sources of the axiology of administrative law, the influence of values on the shaping of the content of norms of administrative law, and the specific nature of the axiology of administrative law as a factor distinguishing administrative law from other branches of law.
Grade 4 (good):
The student demonstrates a good knowledge and understanding of the sources of the axiology of administrative law, the influence of values on the shaping of the content of norms of administrative law, and the specific nature of the axiology of administrative law as a factor distinguishing administrative law from other branches of law.
Grade 5 (very good):
The student demonstrates a very high level of knowledge and understanding of the sources of the axiology of administrative law, the influence of values on the shaping of the content of norms of administrative law, and the specific nature of the axiology of administrative law as a factor distinguishing administrative law from other branches of law.

Term 2025/26_L:
