Knowledge
The student knows the types, competences and tasks of selected authorities at the national and supranational level in the field which is the subject of interest of entities undertaking lobbying activities. He knows the strategies and methods of professional activity. Is able to describe and explain the advantages of lobbying. Identifies the main principles and problems of lobbying legal regulations.
Skills
The student is able to identify the entities that may engage in lobbying and the recipients of lobbying. The student is able to indicate the stages of legislative proceedings at which activities classified as lobbying are permissible and authorized, and define the obligations to be fulfilled in order to legally conduct this type of activity. Is able to indicate what lobbying methods are and what they are used for.
Social competence
The student accepts the rules of transparency of decision-making and law-making procedures in the state and international organizations, including the principle of open lobbying, is able to undertake discussions on basic topics related to lobbying in Poland and abroad, appreciates the value and is aware of the importance of effective business lobbying have such factors as: image, contacts with the media, strategic and tactical planning of lobbying campaigns, or the use of bottom-up lobbying methods

Class attendance, preparing presentations on examples of lobbying in Poland or worldwide
