Assessment criteria
When teaching remotely:
Students will receive 3 issues to their e-mail address, which they will have to discuss in a total time of 1 hour. Teaching aids may be used, but not verbatim transcription from any source, including your own lecture notes. Each essay can receive up to 10 points, a satisfactory grade requires a total of 15 points.
In classroom teaching
Students will be given 60 questions on the exam and should select the correct answer from among four. A satisfactory grade is 30 points.

There is no textbook with the scope of the lecture. Relatively close is: Zbigniew Lewicki, ed., America: Institutions and Society 1607-2017. Persons who are particularly interested can refer to: Zbigniew Lewicki, Historia civilizacji amerkanskiej, vol. III and IV, but there are very extensive studies
