United States foreign policy doctrines WP-MON-PO-H-DpzSZ
the presidential doctrines of foreign policy and national security of the United States are a specific American method of communicating substantive and geographical areas of particular interest to the United States. Their origin dates back not only to the Monroe Doctrine in the 1820s, but even to the times of President Washington. In the 20th and 21st centuries, the vast majority of presidents articulated such texts.
In the following classes, students will be asked to report on the most important foreign policy events at a given time, followed by a presentation of the doctrine by the lecturer and a discussion.
