1. Relationships between domestic law and the EU law - monism; dualism.
2. General Principles of the EU law; division of competences; a union case.
3. The theory of comparative advantage.
4. Free movement of goods.
5. Customs duties; charges having equivalent effect.
6. Free movement of persons.
7. Free movement of persons; the rights njoyed by the self-employed.
8. Freedom of establishment.
9. Freedom to provide and receive services.
10. Union citizenship.
11. Free movement of capital.
