After the module and confirm the achievement of learning outcomes the student is able to:

- provide the legal basis for the specific rules of the political system and to indicate their place in the system

- characterize the various rules of the political state
indicate significant differences between the rules of the political state

- determine the scope of the specific rules of the political state

- critically evaluate on the basis of objective evidence that the effects of the specific rules of the political state
