Historical development of the state to the Catholic Church and religious beliefs, religious sources of Polish law, the principle of religious law, the freedom of conscience and religion, the legal situation of religious organizations, public religious activities, the administration of religion, religious property, the right of European religious, relations between state and church, the concept and rules for the implementation of the Concordat, legal personality for the religious freedom of worship, religious education, the protection of marriage and the family.
