1. The concept of intellectual property
2. Sources of intellectual property law
3. International agreements in the field of intellectual property
4. Division into copyright law and related rights as well as industrial property law in relation to competition law
5. Trademarks, subject of protection and entities authorized to
reporting
6. The concept of an invention and a patent, entities entitled to apply
an invention for protection; European patent
7. Basic knowledge about registration and protection of inventions.
8. Unfair competition and competition laws

EK2 student describes and explains legal norms in the field of copyright law, their source, nature, changes and methods of operation
EK3 student describes and explains legal norms in the field of industrial property law, their source, nature, changes and methods of operation
EK4 student distinguishes and presents the basic concepts and principles in the field of industrial property protection
EK5 student explains and explains the general principles of doing business nationally and internationally in markets related to trading in the so-called intellectual property
