Civil Law (Basics) WP-AD-PPC2
The lecture covers issues from the general part of civil law, elements of property law and selected issues from the general part of the law of obligations. The aim of the lecture is to familiarize participants with the basic issues and concepts of civil law, in particular the assumptions of the civil law method of regulation, principles of civil law, sources of law, the concept of civil law relationship, subjective rights and rights, categories of subjects of civil law relations, issues of civil law relationships, the concept and classification of legal events with particular emphasis on legal transactions.

Assessment criteria
The basis for passing the lecture is a written exam in the form of a multiple-choice test.
The ndst grade is awarded to a student who:
- does not know the basic terminology and legal institutions in the field of civil law.
- there is no knowledge of a man as the subject of civil law relations - a natural person, taking into account his rights, methods and conditions for their acquisition and the principles of their protection
- does not know the basic methods and tools for obtaining data on legal solutions in the field of civil law
- does not know the legal norms regulating institutions in the field of civil law, the relations between them, their sources and rules of application.
- there is no knowledge of the impact of the norms of civil law on the shaping of social relations and their elements.
The dst grade is awarded to a student who:
- Knows and understands to a satisfactory degree basic terminology and legal institutions in the field of civil law.
- Has basic knowledge of a human being as the subject of civil law relations - a natural person, taking into account his rights, methods and conditions for their acquisition and the principles of their protection.
- He knows to a satisfactory degree the basic methods and tools for obtaining data on legal solutions in the field of civil law
- Knows to a satisfactory degree the legal norms regulating institutions in the field of civil law, the relations between them, their sources and rules of application.
- Has a basic knowledge of the influence of civil law norms on the shaping of social relations and their elements.
The db grade is awarded to a student who:
- is good at and understands basic terminology and legal institutions in the field of civil law.
- has a good knowledge of a human being as the subject of civil law relations - a natural person, taking into account his rights, methods and conditions for their acquisition and the principles of their protection.
- He knows the basic methods and tools for obtaining data on legal solutions in the field of civil law
- He knows well the legal norms regulating institutions in the field of civil law, the relations between them, their sources and rules of application.
- Has a good knowledge of the impact of civil law norms on the shaping of social relations and their elements.
The very good grade is awarded to a student who:
- knows and understands the basic terminology and legal institutions of civil law very well.
- He has a very good knowledge of man as the subject of civil law relations - a natural person, taking into account his rights, methods and conditions for their acquisition and the principles of their protection.
- He knows very well the basic methods and tools for obtaining data on legal solutions in the field of civil law
- He knows very well the legal norms regulating institutions in the field of civil law, the relations between them, their sources and rules of application.
- Has a very good knowledge of the impact of civil law norms on the shaping of social relations and their elements.
