Student has knowledge of concepts and notions of Competition Law and Public Procurement Law and is able to interpret them
Student can specify goals and functions of Competition Law and Public Procurement Law and understands the role of the State in these fields
Student knows instruments of Competition Law and Public Procurement Law and is able to use them in relevant cases
Student knows administrative bodies relevant in Competition Protection and Public Procurement cases and is able to explain their powers and competencies as well as their relations to other administrative bodies
Student is concious of the importance of Competition Protection and Public Procurement Regulation from the "public interest's" as well as enterpreneurs´ point of view
