1. Knows the meaning of management, areas of management, and their origins.
2. Knows the meaning of auditing and can justify the need to use this instrument.

1. Does not understand the essence of the concept of management in public administration, areas of management, origins and concepts used
2. Does not understand the scope of the concept of audit, cannot justify the need for audit for the proper performance of tasks in public administration.

3. Is unable to characterise the role that management plays in the proper functioning of an administrative body.
4. Is unable to characterise the role that auditing plays in the proper functioning of an administrative body.
C. Competences
6. Is unaware of the importance of management and auditing in the day-to-day functioning of a public administration body.
7. Is unable to work individually and cooperate effectively in a team.

2. Knows the basic features of auditing, justifies to a sufficient degree the need for auditing for the proper performance of tasks in administration.

Students are required to notify the lecturers of any special needs and of their intention to study according to an Individual Study Plan (ISP) at the beginning of the semester in order to adjust their participation in classes and course completion to their individual needs.
