After the end of the module and the confirmation of attainment of the effects of training the student can:
1) WP-ADZ-1-PMP_01
explain the basic concepts of international law and the origin and nature of the sources of the law (K_W01)
2) WP-ADZ-1-PMP_02 describe the role of States and international organisations in shaping the normative bases (K_W02)
3) WP-ADZ-1-PMP_03 present place of international agreements in international trade and the principles of liability for their failure (K_W03)
4) WP-ADZ-1-PMP_04 explain the role of the administrative tasks undertaken in the field of international relations (K_W014)
5)WP-ADZ-1_PMP_05 specify the role of the individual and his rights in the light of international law, taking into account the specific situation of the (K_W05)
6) WP-ADZ-1-PMP_06 comment on the use of force, the armed conflict-the rules of their conduct and resolve, and also indicate the peaceful ways of dispute resolution International (K_W18)
7) WP-ADZ-1-PMP_07 submit issues involving legal regulations related to airspace in space and the law of the sea (K_W01)

EK1: the student knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to other branches of law; knows the definitions of concepts in the field of international law
For a very good grade:
the student knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to other branches of law; is able to present various views of the doctrine on this subject and evaluate them; knows the definitions of concepts in the field of international law very well and can use them fluently in the appropriate context.
For a good grade:
the student knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to other branches of law to a good extent; is able to recall the views of the doctrine on a given topic; knows the definitions of concepts in the field of international law to an extent that allows comparison of institutions.
For a satisfactory grade:
the student sufficiently knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to other branches of law; knows the basic definitions of concepts in international law in the scope presented during the lecture.
For an unsatisfactory grade:
the student does not know and understand the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to other branches of law; does not know the definitions of concepts in the field of international law.
EK2: the student knows and understands the sources and nature of the norms of international law from a historical and contemporary perspective
Very good grade
the student fluently knows and understands the sources and nature of the norms of international law; explains, based on the literature read, the development of international law in history from a historical perspective and draws conclusions for the contemporary perspective; defines and compares sources of international law.
For a good grade
the student knows and understands well the sources and nature of the norms of international law from a historical and contemporary perspective. Is able to indicate the stages of development of international law and the caesuras important for international law; defines the sources of international law
For a satisfactory grade
the student knows and understands the sources and nature of the norms of international law to a sufficient degree. Is able to list important events affecting international law from a historical perspective; provides basic definitions of individual sources of international law.
For an unsatisfactory grade
the student does not know and understand the sources and nature of the norms of international law, neither in historical nor contemporary terms; cannot list the sources of international law or provide their definitions.
EK3: the student has knowledge about the institutions of international law; knows the structure and method of establishing international organizations and the principles of their operation
Very good grade
the student has knowledge about the institutions of international law, knows the legal basis of these institutions and their origins; knows the structure and method of establishing international organizations and detailed principles of their operation based on sources of law, acts of applying law and views of doctrine
For a good grade
the student has knowledge about the institutions of international law, knows the legal basis of these institutions; knows the structure and method of establishing international organizations and the general principles of their operation based on sources of law and views of doctrine
For a satisfactory grade
