Has in-depth knowledge about human development in biological, psychical and social aspect, especially concerning forecasting occupational usefulness, occupational advisory, andragogy, modern education systems, advisory service towards the persons, who need support in difficult problems of adult age;
- Has well-ordered knowledge of aims, organization and functioning of educational institutions – educational, caring, cultural, supporting, therapeutic and especially on job market institutions, training centres, governmental and nongovernmental organizations, which realise both - occupational and continuing education.
- Has well-ordered knowledge of participants of educational, cultural, supporting, therapeutic activities, extended in methods and techniques used in organizations specializing in adults education, ability to diagnose theirs educational needs and legal basis concerning education, training and work.
- Has specific abilities in observing, finding, naming, recording and monitoring educational and social problems.
- Is able to choose and realize proper way of conduct, suitable means and methods of work to prepare client to transitions between educational and occupational phases, activation and revitalization, rehabilitation and care for adult and choose properly action strategies, which should be used in educational, institutional organizations and a form of home care for elderly people and not only.
- Is aware of knowledge, abilities and the need of continuous personal and professional development in the field of this specialty.
- Has positive attitude towards getting knowledge from this speciality and is developing vocational counsellor and socio-cultural animator workshop
Assessment criteria
Seminars, workshops, introductory lectures illustrated by slides
Evaluation of subject educational effects according to established requirements:
- ocena dostateczna (satisfactory) / 3,0/ - educational effects included in subject card, student is trying to apply them in master thesis, cooperation with supervisor has continual character, it results from students lack of independence and self-confidence in using knowledge needed to write master thesis fulfilling established requirements of graduation work;
- ocena ponaddostateczna (more than satisfactory) / 3.5/ - educational effects included in subject card, student is trying to apply them in master thesis, cooperation with supervisor has consultative character, it results from students need to acquire knowledge. Student, with supervisor’s corrections, is trying to develop correctly particular elements and in result entire master thesis fulfilling established requirements of graduation work;
- ocena dobra (good) / 4,0/- educational effects included in subject card, student is trying to apply them in master thesis, cooperation with supervisor has consultative character, it results from students need to acquire knowledge. Student strive to write master thesis consulting it with supervisor, which results from students need to acquire knowledge, he shows independence in adapting supervisors help in developing authorial elements of master thesis, including research tools, variables, indicators, another research assumptions, searching for standardised tools available in literature, is able to use communication tools and tools for obtaining data, strive to analyse empirical data and draw conclusions about their practical usefulness, understands and correctly view master thesis as an independent project, realized in stages, trying to present comprehensive graduation work;
