Christian pedagogy WNP-PEZ-PEDCH
The aim of the lecture is to show that Christianity as a religion and as a doctrinal system played an important role in building the shape of contemporary culture. The student, referring to the documents of the Church, should be able to justify the presence of Christians in various sectors of life, including on the grounds of upbringing and pedagogy. Referring to the Christian concept of man as a person, indicate its importance for the full (integral) development of man.

Knowledge:
After completing the lecture, the student knows the elementary terminology used in pedagogy about Christian inspiration and understands its sources.
He can indicate that Christianity as a religion and as a doctrinal system played an important role in building the shape of modern culture.
Skills
The student, referring to the documents of the Church, is able to justify the presence of Christians in various sectors of life, including on the grounds of upbringing and pedagogy.
He has the ability to present his own views.
Competence
Referring to the Christian concept of man as a person, he notices and formulates moral problems and ethical dilemmas related to the full (integral) development of man.
Expresses the belief in the sense, value and need to undertake pedagogical activities in the social environment.
Assessment criteria
Written test consisting of ten open questions. The maximum number of points to be earned is ten.
Points - Rating:
10 = 5.0
9 = 4.5
8 = 4.0
7 = 3.5
6 = 3.0
- grade 2 (fail): they are unable to present the sources of pedagogy of Christian inspiration and the basic documents of the Church on upbringing;
- grade 3 (sufficient): can present the elementary terminology used in Christian-inspired pedagogy, present and formulate basic moral problems and ethical dilemmas related to full (integral) human development and list the basic documents of the Church on the education of youth;
- for the grade 4 (good): presents structured knowledge about Christianity as a religion and as a doctrinal system that played an important role in building the shape of modern education and culture;
- 5 (very good): referring to the Christian concept of man as a person, he can present and formulate the basic moral problems and ethical dilemmas related to the full (integral) development of man and the important place of Christian inspiration in contemporary education and culture.
