Technical contents: the student is being unacknowledged with the essential issues concerning the copyright. Moreover participants in classes will get to know the technique of writing the scientific work, manners of the accumulation of literature and her applications. Shared for the entire group solving scientific problems, helping write a licenses thesis and individual consultation.
Methods of estimation: visualising producing the suitable part of material is a collection basis of ranking a graduate seminar.

EK 1 - the student is able to exchange general preliminary requirements for writing a licenes' thesis.
EK 2 - is able to define the title and to determine character of a license' thesis.
Abilities:
EK 3 - is able to form the methodological concept of own examinations and to analyse basic literature on the subject concerning specific issues.
EK 4 - is able correctly to apply principles of quoting printed and electronic sources of the literature on the subject.

Assessment criteria
Knowledge (EK 1-2):
Evaluation 2 (D): the student doesn't have a basic knowledge in quantitative and quality testing methods, isn't able independently to select and to develop research tools to the solution to stated research problems.
Evaluation 3 (dst): the student has a basic knowledge in the restricted grade in quantitative and quality testing methods, is able independently to select and to develop the research tool for solving stated research problems.
Evaluation 4 (B): the student knows the knowledge fully in quantitative and quality testing methods, is able independently to select and to develop the research tool for solving stated research problems.
Evaluation 5 (A): the student has a knowledge fully tidied up and consolidated in quantitative and quality testing methods, is able independently to select and to develop the research tool for solving stated research problems.
Abilities (EK 3-4):
Evaluation 2 (D): the student isn't able to analyse the legitimacy of the selection of the area and the research group and research tools for solving stated research problems at his work.
Evaluation 3 (dst): the student is able in the restricted grade to make analysis of the legitimacy of the selection of the area and the research group and research tools for solving stated research problems at one's work.
Evaluation 4 (B): the student is able actually to make analysis of the legitimacy of the selection of the area and the research group and research tools for solving stated research problems at one's work.
Evaluation 5 (A): the student is able completely correctly is making analysis of the legitimacy of the selection of the area and the research group and research tools for solving stated research problems at his work.

Evaluation 2 (D): the student isn't open for using various methods and independent arranging research tools.
Evaluation 3 (dst): the student in the minimal step is open for using various methods and independent arranging research tools.
Evaluation 4 (B): is open for using various methods and independent arranging research tools.
Evaluation 5 (A): student opened and employed to a high degree to for using various methods and independent arranging research tools.
They comprise the final evaluation:
1. evaluation of mastering material of the teaching and the own work of the student,
