Preliminary Requirements

The ability to freely use architectural terminology, which knowledge is necessary for the presentation and analysis of selected objects from the modern period. The expected is also a general orientation in the political and economic history of Bohemia.

Assessment criteria

Grading is based on an oral examination, with lower year students required to demonstrate knowledge of basic object factography and formal characteristics; in addition to the above requirements, students in higher years are expected to be familiar with the broader historical and cultural context of the discussed periods of Czech architectural history.
