KNOWLEDGE
EK1 – Student knows and understands the terminology of the society law, has basic knowledge about sources of society law with constitutional law context knows.
EK2 – Student has a basic knowledge of legal, social and economic institutions based in the society law and increased knowledge in relation to selected legal institutions. Knows and understands the ways of functioning of selected institutions characteristic for society law.
SKILLS
EK3 – Student has basic knowledge about the relationships between the entities of society law. Familiar with methods and tools including data acquisition techniques relating to individual rules and procedures in the society law and from such sources as the case-law, official documents
EK4 – Student knows and understands the normative and practical aspects of society activities in order to carry out such activity in Poland and abroad. In particular, issues related to the setting up and functioning of societies and the legal framework of society activity.
COMPETENCE
EK5 – Student knows and understands the rules of conduct for the societies, in terms of the rights and duties of the entities of the society law.
EK6 - Student is able to formulate proposals de lege lata and de lege ferenda on society law.
