Course content:
General characteristics of the course and the scheme of civil law.
Civil-law relationship (Sources, civil standards. The application of civil law in time and space, the concept of property and things).
Subjective right: characteristics, types, acquisition and termination of the subjective right, performance and protection of subjective rights, abuse of the subjective right.
Individuals (Beginning, marital status, death, pronouncing death, declaring a person dead).
Legal entities (structure, types, systems of formation of legal persons, entities with legal capacity that are not legal entities).
Principles of operation of legal persons in the course of civil law (legal entity concept of authority, crossing the competence of the authority, the submission by a legal person their wills, the concept of the consumer and the entrepreneur).
Personal properties and their protection (The concept of personal property, construction of protection, grounds for protection, claims).
Legal actions (civil events, legal capacity, capacity for legal action, the notion of legal action).
Submission of declarations of intent, forms of legal action.
The content of the legal acts (Freedom of legal action and freedom of contracts, limitations, elements of content of legal action - Essentialia-, naturalia-and accidentalia negotii, condition, term.
Interpretation of wills, defects of wills.
Invalidity and effectiveness of legal action (absolute nullity, rectification, conversion, the relative ineffectiveness of mutability, suspended).
Contracts. (Concept, types, contract, conclusion of a contract, how to execute contracts).
Representation (The concept, sources, and types of representation, power of attorney and so called the ratio of basic, intermediate representation and the mandate, and the trusteeship, the ability to grant power of attorney, characteristics of the activity of granting the power of attorney, the scope of the authority, acts with itself, a form of proxy, power of attorney review,non-expiring and irrevocable attorney, proxy).
Antiquity (concept, types and function, limitation, term, meaning to raise the plea of limitation, the effect of limitation, limitation periods, a period of prescription, a waiver of the effects of limitation, the terms ......).
