During the term students will further their knowledge concerning the subject as well as will broaden their communication skill via provided training. Each subject will be delivered in form of lecture and then some exercise will be given to ground the given knowledge.

Effective management and management - necessary skills
History of management theory
Six main styles of management in the category of Daniel Goleman - critical analysis.
Management and leadership in the sphere of culture
Management in organizations with multicultural human capital
3. Management dilemmas
Work on selected articles from the Harvard Business Review regarding the dilemmas of modern management. (list given in the literature). Articles available online.
