Legal aspects of Energy management WF-OB-SULAE
The course offers:
- presentations of the legal framework for renewable energy sources
- presentation of the legal framework for energy efficiency;
discussion of issues related to energy efficiency improvement measures, rules for the implementation of the obligation to achieve energy savings, energy efficiency certificates;
- discussion of issues related to the audit of energy efficiency;
- presentation of legal regulations related to the energy performance of buildings;
- presentation of key provisions of the act on thermal modernization and renovation (including issues related to municipal low-emission programs);

1.Student explains terminology and data in the field of renewable energy sources, understands the significance of legal frames of RES,
2. Student identifies the instruments of international, European, Polish law related to the renewable energy sources and institutional surrounding.

3.Student can construct conclusions from the facts presented to him and concepts regarding renewable energy sources law.
4.Student interprets the legal acts and, on the basis of them draws correct conclusions (examines the legal acts, finds the necessary acts).

A
1. Student does not explain terminology and principles in the field of renewable energy sources, does not understand the significance of legal frames of RES and energy efficiency ,
2. Student does not identify the instruments of international, European, Polish law related to the renewable energy sources and institutional surrounding
B
3.Student cannot construct conclusions from the facts presented to him and concepts regarding renewable energy sources and energy efficiency law.
4.Student does not interprete the legal acts and, on the basis of them cannot give correct conclusions (examines the legal acts, finds the necessary acts).

5. Student is not able to work in a group, is critically interested and is not open to innovative achievements in the field of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency law
