(in Polish) Ochrona wód w prawie polskim WF-OB-OWP
As part of the subject, assumptions regarding water protection in Polish law will be presented. These include issues such as the subject of protection (i.e., how waters are classified), and water protection principles. In addition, water management principles will be presented, including the administration system related to water protection.
As part of the subject issues of water ownership and related obligations of owners will be discussed.
Further issues relate to ensuring security related to water management, which consists of min. drought protection as well as flood protection.
Economic instruments such as water intake fees are also related to the topic.
As part of the lecture, issues related to water law approvals, including water law notification, water law permit, and water law assessment will also be discussed.
One of the issues to be discussed is the issue of liability for the unlawful use of water.
