(in Polish) Pracownia magisterska: antropologia przyrodnicza WF-OB-LAP
During the seminar, students prepare individual theses in the field of anthropology. The topic of the work depends on the student's preference. The works can be both theoretical reflections and based on own research. Topics include the area of primatology (including observations made at the Warsaw Zoo), skeletal and odontological anthropology. The work may relate to the area of health and nutrition of human populations. During the first classes, the general topic (problem area) of the work is established, and during subsequent classes the topic is made more specific. After the first semester, the topic of the work is approved. The student, in consultation with the supervisor, presents the individual chapters or paragraphs of the work. After checking the text, a meeting is scheduled during which the subject matter is discussed. Finally, the work is completed after the third semester.

Skills: A student uses anthropological terminology both in Polish and English, has the ability to present oral presentation of his achievements, is fluent in the methodology of preparation and writing of scientific work.
Competences: The student sees the strengths and weaknesses of the presented work, takes care of the reliability of the presented results, understands the need to develop and broaden their knowledge.
Assessment criteria
Regular contact with the promoter and submission of the various parts of the thesis within the prescribed deadlines.
Bibliography
Literature is provided depending on the subject of the thesis writing undertaken.
