student knows: the basic issues of the Latin language, concepts and terms in the area of philosophy, the history of the Latin language and its impact on development and j.europejskie j.polskiego, maxims, sayings, abbreviations, the student becomes familiar with the etymology of words
Skills:
the school year the student: correctly read and interpret dictionary with simple texts recognizes and identifies the first known Latin inflected recognizes syntactic constructions
translates simple sentences from Latein to Polish
Competencies:
student is capable of further self-expanding knowledge of Latin and English appreciates a basic knowledge of the language and the possibility of its use in the study of philosophy and scientific research in the field of philosophy.

Knowledge:
the assessment (ndst.) the student does not have the basic knowledge of Latin grammar, - can not read or translate a simple text;
the assessment (dst.) the student knows the lexical expressions presented in class, no knowledge of inflection and syntax of Latin, there is no ability to translate texts;
the assessment (db.) can translate simple texts, distinguishes forms of declinations and conjugations, recognizes syntactic constructions, knows basic vocabulary;
the assessment (bdb.) can independently translate simple texts, has knowledge of all these grammar in class, know the basic vocabulary and lexical expressions.

Skills:
the assessment (ndst.) the student is unable to help teachers make the translation of the text, not able to recognize the text selected in the basic grammatical forms;
the assessment (dst.) the student is able to help teachers make the translation of the text and to a degree sufficient to discuss in terms of grammatical marked grammatical forms;
the evaluation db. student with a little help teachers explain simple texts and also have an understanding of Latin grammar;
to assess (bdb) alone translate texts from latin into Polish, unmistakably recognize grammatical forms, translates sentences from Polish to Latin.

Competencies:
the student is open to further deepen knowledge and can independently find and use sources available to him.

The final grade is composed of:
partial assessment of the individual colloquia, attendance and preparation for weekly classes [allowed three excused absences], active participation in class,
pass the final test
