Classes are a special opportunity for students to discuss their philosophical interests, course of study and career prospects. In addition, they are to enable the participants to penetrate more fully into a chosen and interesting philosophical issue and direct their own research in this area.

Knowledge:
1. The student knows and understands the main directions within the philosophical sub-disciplines that are the subject of his interest.
2. The student knows and understands the basic research methods and argumentation strategies that are characteristic of those philosophical sub-disciplines that are the subject of his interest.
Skills:
1. the student is able to analyze philosophical arguments within the disciplines that interest him.
2. The student is able to choose argumentative strategies, construct critical arguments and formulate adequate responses to criticism within the disciplines of interest to him.
Competences:
1. The student is ready to independently formulate proposals for solving the problems that are of interest to him.
2. The student is ready to effectively organize his / her own work and to critically assess the degree of its advancement - in relation to the duties he / she has at a given stage of his / her studies.
Assessment criteria
Completion of classes is based on the assessment of the degree of student's involvement during classes and in individual work outside classes, in accordance with the work plan established during the classes.
The student receives a descriptive grade from the teacher after each meeting, along with the final grade resulting from it.
The student may submit his / her comments for the descriptive assessment to the tutor, to which the tutor responds in an oral interview.
The final grade is the arithmetic mean of partial grades from individual meetings.
Bibliography
The nature of the classes excludes the possibility of pre-selection of literature. A specific reading will be proposed and arranged during individual meetings with students.
