Eeffects in terms of knowledge:
EP1: student understands the basic phenomena and biotechnological processes
EP2: has knowledge of the most important issues in the field of biotechnology and their connections with other biological disciplines
EP3: has knowledge of the basic conceptual categories and biotechnological terminology and has knowledge of the development and research methods used in biotechnology
EP4: has knowledge of the basic techniques and research tools used in biotechnology
EP5: understands the relationship between the achievements of biotechnology and the possibilities of their use in socio-economic field, including the sustainable use of biological diversity

Objective effects in terms of skills:
EP6: understand the biotechnology literature in Polish and reads with understanding simple scientific texts in English
EP7 student is able to use available sources of information about biotechnology, including electronic sources
EP8: student uses scientific language in discussions on biotechnological topics
EP9: is able to correctly perform oral presentations on specific issues in biotechnology
EP10 student learns issues related to biotechnology independently in a directed manner
Subject effects in terms of competences:
EP11- is able to interact and work in a group, taking various roles in it
EP12 - correctly identifies and resolves dilemmas related to the profession of a biotechnologist
