Mitotic cycle in eukaryotes.
Structure and function of the interphase nucleus.
The cytoskeleton and its role in the structural and functional organization of the cell and cell movements.
Mitosis - the course and molecular aspects associated with the course of mitosis
Karyotype analysis.
Cytokinesis
Meiosis
Analysis of cell cycles other than mitosis: polyploidization, endomitosis, polythenization, amplification etc.
Structure of plant and animal tissues.
Characteristic features of the plant and animal cell structure. Characteristics of creative tissues. Primary and secondary covering tissues. Parenchymal tissues. Strengthening tissues. Conductive tissues. Primary and secondary anatomical structure of the root. Primary and secondary anatomical structure of the stems. Leaf anatomy.
Characteristics of nerve, muscle, epithelial, cartilaginous and bone cells.
