(in Polish) Wprowadzenie do R SzD-PS-WR
R is a programming language and a large, constantly developed project that allows users from all over the world to perform both simple and complex statistical analyses using free software. Currently, R is one of the statistical programs most frequently used in psychology. It is particularly useful for people conducting research activity, not only because it offers a wide range of analyses, but also because of their transparency, which is now very important in the scientific world.
In the R program, statistical analyses are performed using functions written in the R programming language.
The aim of the course is to familiarize you with the R program, which requires the use of a programming language. Classes are planned as a gentle introduction - no experience with R or any other programming language required. They are to help you feel comfortable with this form of conducting analyses, prepare you to expand your analytical repertoire and make you cautious about R-related dangers. The basic statistical knowledge will be appreciated (understanding the analyses from the curriculum, not the ability to conduct them in SPSS).
