Learning outcomes

After finishing semester II the student will be able to:
• actively engage in a debate
• analyse and describe visual information (charts)
• understand a radio discussion related to healthcare services
• understand and form subordinate clauses correctly
• use selected examples of emotive language appropriately
• use linkers correctly
• use selected dependent prepositions and adjectives to describe character correctly
• use past modal verbs ('a modal verb + have + past participle')
• prepare and deliver a presentation / speech on a given topic
• understand a written text related to health / international relations
• organize a publicity campaign
• use future forms with 'to be' correctly
