A student enrolled at a Higher Education Institution which has a valid bilateral agreement with the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme (KA131). The student has to be nominated by his/her home University to study at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

Required documents:

  •     Transcript of Records from recent studies or copy of the last achieved University diploma (issued in English or Polish)
  •     Language Certificate proving at least a B1 level of Polish or English

Candidate can also submit an English or Polish certificate confirming their knowlegde of English or Polish language at least at B1 level. Such certificate has to be issued by their home univeristy and confirmed by the foreign language teaching unit at their home university (foreign language school, foreign language department, etc.).

  •     UKSW Application Form (signed and stamped by a representative of the applicant’s home institution)
  •     Scan of a passport or national ID (add a scan of the valid document which allows you to cross the border of Poland)

Deadlines:

first semester and/or full academic year – May 31st
second semester – January 15th

Late applications may be subject to rejection.

It takes up to three weeks for the application to be processed.
