- the ability to selectively (on the basis of the indicated issue) analise the European Convention on Human Rights and the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court

- ability to conduct interdisciplinary analysis of issues in the field of human rights protection

student access to online databases, in particular to the Council of Europe Human Rights Documentation (HUDOC)
student access to published collections of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights
Form and conditions for passing the subject:
The exam is in writing. Consists of:
- 5 descriptive questions.
Punctation:
- a descriptive question: 1 point each; maximum 5 points; The condition for passing the exam test is to obtain at least 3 points.
