Knowledge:
Student has knowledge of the research subject and the methods used in social psychology. Has knowledge of the regularity and biases in social perception, knows the basic biases in perception of other people and own person, knows the theories explaining the formation of these distortions. Knows the theories explaining the formation of the social prejudices. Has knowledge about the interpersonal attractiveness and opportunities to nfluence on their self- attractiveness through self-presentation.
Skills:
Student can read social psychology texts with comprehension. Student can critically evaluate the meaning of psychological research, referring to the methodology of these surveys, and cultural considerations, put research questions.
Competences:
Student can interpret the views and behaviors of people referring to psychological theory. Similarly, it can dystansować to their own views and behaviour. He can discuss, constructively criticise the views different from their own, keep the distance to own view.
