Konwersatorium pedagogiczne w języku angielskim na poziomie B2+ - From Scatter to Strategy. Planning and Scheduling in Education and Development. WNP-PPW-KPJA-ES
The course develops students’ competencies in strategic self-management, personal development planning, and project design and execution. It introduces theoretical foundations of self-regulated learning, goal-setting, and project management, and applies them in a semester-long individual or team-based project.
Students conduct a structured self-assessment, formulate measurable development goals, design a coherent personal development strategy, and implement a project aligned with their professional trajectory. Emphasis is placed on task decomposition, scheduling, monitoring progress, risk identification, and iterative improvement.
The course integrates theoretical input with workshop-based activities and continuous project work. Learning outcomes are verified through a written project report and an oral presentation.

S1. conducts a structured self-assessment to identify strengths, developmental gaps, and strategic priorities.
S2. formulates measurable short- and medium-term goals and translates them into a coherent personal development strategy.
S3. designs, implements, and monitors an individual or team-based project using appropriate planning and time-management tools.
C1. demonstrates responsibility and autonomy in planning and executing development-oriented activities over an extended period.
C2. critically evaluates project outcomes and introduces strategic adjustments based on evidence and reflection.
C3. collaborates effectively in a small team (if applicable), assuming defined roles and contributing to collective project outcomes.
