WM: Czynniki determinujące relację psychoterapeutyczną i skuteczność psychoterapii WF-R-PS-WMCDRP
Podczas zajęć studenci mają do wygłoszenia następujące referaty:
1. Pojęcie relacji psychoterapeutycznej, m.in. uwzględnione w trójczynnikowym modelu relacji psychoterapeutycznej wyodrębniającym: przymierze psychoterapeutyczne, przeniesienie i rzeczywistą relację.
2. Pojęcie „przymierze psychoterapeutyczne” i jego związku z kształtowaniem się relacji psychoterapeutycznej.
3. Pojęcia „przeniesienie” oraz „przeciwprzeniesienie” i ich związek z kształtowaniem się relacji psychoterapeutycznej.
4. Czynniki determinujące relację psychoterapeutyczną – charakterystyki pacjenta (w tym oczekiwania pacjenta wobec psychoterapii). Wyniki badań.
5. Czynniki determinujące relację psychoterapeutyczną – doświadczenia pacjenta w trakcie psychoterapii, w tym interwencje psychoterapeutyczne. Wyniki badań.
6. Związki między czynnikami determinującymi relację psychoterapeutyczną. (2) Charakterystyki pacjenta a jego doświadczenia w trakcie psychoterapii (cel psychoterapii, liczba sesji, czas jej trwania, interwencje psychoterapeutyczne). Wyniki badań.
7. Efektywność psychoterapii – omówienie pojęcia, definicji efektywności; czas pomiaru efektywności, źródła informacji o efektywności
8. Kategorie efektywności: efektywność bezpośrednia i odroczona psychoterapii – przykłady badań i ich wyniki
9. Efektywność psychoterapii w ocenie pacjenta – przykłady badań i ich wyniki.
10. Efektywność psychoterapii w ocenie terapeuty – przykłady badań i ich wyniki.
11. Czynniki determinujące efektywność psychoterapii – charakterystyki pacjenta, w tym oczekiwania pacjenta wobec psychoterapii
12. Czynniki determinujące efektywność psychoterapii – doświadczenia pacjenta w trakcie psychoterapii: cel psychoterapii, liczba sesji, czas jej trwania, interwencje psychoterapeutyczne
13. Relacje między czynnikami determinującymi efektywność psychoterapii. Interwencje psychoterapeutyczne a relacja z psychoterapeutą
14. Omówienie modelu „Cechy pacjenta, jego doświadczenia w trakcie psychoterapii i jej skuteczność” - na podstawie projektu pod kierunkiem prof. dr hab. Lidii Grzesiuk, który opisuje relacje między efektywnością psychoterapii a czynnikami ją warunkującymi.
