Vocational and social animation WNP-PEZ-AZIS
Scope of subjects:
1. Adult person in different life and work situations – introduction to the problem;
2. Social and professional activation: essence, ideas, programs, main supporters;
3. Vocational advisor's support in dealing with social and professional problems among people representing the so called “risk groups” (graduates, long-term unemployed, aged 50+, disabled, inhabitants of rural areas, women);
4. The problem of tele-education and tele-working as an opportunity for active participation in professional life. Selected solutions offered by social and professional activation.

Learning outcomes
Student receives profound knowledge on human development (biological, psychical and social), especially in terms of predicting professional usefulness, vocational counseling, andragogy, modern educational systems and advisory activities for people who need support in dealing with adult life problems;
Student is able to generate original solutions regarding the educational stimulation of adults in relation to work;
Student is able to cooperate with others, work in a team;
Student has a positive attitude towards acquiring knowledge concerning his/her specialization and building the working workshop of an advisor and a social animator;
Student can identify the needs and is ready to communicate and collaborate with people who are in need of making professional decisions, people looking for a job and activate adults towards undertaking educational path.
Assessment criteria
Plenary discussion, work in working groups and individual analysis and interpretation of source material with the use of suitable didactic measures: literature, multimedia presentations.
