1. Concepts , tasks and personal counseling
2. Characteristics of a personal adviser profession , place of employment and career opportunities, job training and competence of personnel advisers
3. The personnel in the enterprise, employment agencies and careers offices . Outsourcing the HR function .
4. Planning of employment and job description
5. The selection of employees: recruitment, selection . Recruitment , internal and external , narrow and wide . Advantages and disadvantages of the various types of recruitment. Recruitment techniques . Methods for selection of candidates - their efficiency depending on the job and the type of organization. Selected issues : employment , entry into work ( legal, health and safety training ) , layoffs and outplacement .
6. Planning careers in the organization, training and professional development of employees. Research staff competence . The study of employee attitudes and professional potential .
7. Evaluating and motivating employees. Create employee evaluation systems . Forms and methods of assessment . Material and non-material motivation of employees.
8. Personal counseling to new forms of employment (flexible forms of employment , outsourcing, employee leasing , telecommuting , freelancing , management contracts ) .

- Has an elementary knowledge of the various types of social structures and institutions of social life and relationships taking place between them , has competence in human resource management
- Have a basic knowledge of the structure and functions of the education system ; purposes , legal, organization and functioning of various educational institutions , educational , therapeutic and support , has expertise in directing customers to
training centers , cooperation with the authorities of disability , with guidance on the business , collaboration with local government institutions and non-governmental realizing the scope of vocational education .
- Know the legal basis for education , training and work at the local , national and international levels; has an elementary knowledge of health and safety
Skills
- Can use basic theoretical knowledge in the field of education and related disciplines to analyze and interpret the problems of education , support , and tak_e motifs and patterns of human behavior ; has the ability to apply the techniques of individual and group counseling

- Is able to accurately and consistently express in speech and in writing on topics related to teaching selected topics ; using different theoretical approaches , using both

- Is able to work in a team performing various roles ; know how to accept and assign tasks , is elementary organizational skills to carry out the purposes of designing and making professional activity ; able to determine the rules of professional resume and cover letter and provide information on how to prepare and conduct an interview.
Competence
- Is aware of the level of their knowledge and skills , understands the need for continuous training of professional and personal development , self-assessment is made of their own competence and improves skills , determines the direction of their own development and training to the client indicating the career opportunities for a lifetime.
- Is prepared to actively participate in groups, organizations and institutions implementing pedagogical activities and able to communicate with persons and non- specialists in the field; is prepared to cooperate with the institutions of the labor market - authorities, businesses , educational institutions , agencies heatdhuntingowymi .
- Have conviction about the meaning , value and need for pedagogical action in the social environment ; is ready to take on the challenges unions; is active , takes effort and is characterized by perseverance in achieving individual and team professional activities in the field of career counseling and continuing education .
Assessment criteria
Teaching methods: interactive lecture , collaborative projects , practical exercises , case study.
Assessment of learning outcomes : the project (30 %) , knowledge test inwriting ( 50 %) , the task team with individual control performance (20 %).
- Satisfactory grade / 3,0 / - learning outcomes covered by the card object , the student learns the knowledge and skills at the elementary level . Shows a lack of independence in performing tasks , requires the support of teachers in mastering the material. No full attendance at classes .
- An assessment of more than sufficient / 3.5 / - learning outcomes covered by the card object , a student ran knowledge skills at the elementary level . Has low self-reliance in performing the tasks, requires the support of teachers in mastering the material.
- An assessment of good / 4,0 / - learning outcomes covered by the card object , a student recognized independence in the development tasks. Requires consultation in the preparation of project
- An assessment of more than a good / 4,5 / - learning outcomes covered by the card, the subject , the student demonstrates the independence of the development tasks. Exhibits its own initiative in acquiring knowledge and skills. Able to formulate simple and courts The views in terms of the issues discussed .
