Course Level: Basic
Objectives of the course: The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the contents of Book VI of the Code of Canon Law of 1983 and the documents that appeared in a criminal matter after 1983. The classes also aim to consolidate the knowledge acquired during lectures and classes and practical skills of its application; understanding mutual causal relationships between the offense and the Church punishment; multi-faceted interpretation of the negative behaviors in the Church community.
