Program contents:
1. Emotional reactivity and coping styles.
2. Efficiency of work and of personality: Different conceptions.
3. Sense of coherence in formulation A. Antonovski and coping stress.
4. Coping strtess and the dependence - the independence from field, the feeling of location of control, sense of coherence, optimism vs of pessimism, observational self-control of expressive behaviour, justification of achievements, emotional control, itp.
5. Burnout in different contests.
6. Chosen factors of environment and organization on burning out professional.
7. Personality determinants of dependence as ways of advice me with stress.
8. Coping strategies of stress at sick in many diseases.
9. Unemployed as existential stress.
10. Psychological charakteristics of worksites (different).
11. Chronobiology and the chronopsychology aspects of activity.
The method of opinion: The delivery by piece the report in relating the part of theoretical work semester as well as the applied methodology of investigations and statistical analyses'.Written introduced on seminar dissertation, active participation in occupations.

Ability to project empirical researches. Determination of variables and hypotheses. Knowledge in a broader scope of methods and techniques which allows to conduct empirical research.
Conducting empirical research. Aplication of suitable statistical analysis methods for interpreting results. Preparation of research report of master degree form.
